About the Role:

Shivaay is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with strong expertise in Facebook Ads and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should be smart, analytical, and result-oriented — capable of creating and managing ad campaigns that drive leads and deliver ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Facebook & Google Ad campaigns.
• Analyze performance and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and audience targeting.
• Work with the creative team to develop effective ad copies and visuals.
• Track conversions, prepare reports, and share insights with management.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in online advertising and digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience managing Facebook and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
• Experience in lead generation campaigns preferred.
• Good knowledge of digital marketing metrics.
• Excellent communication and analytical thinking skills.
