Digital Marketing Manager / Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage all digital marketing activities
• Design social media posters and creatives (Instagram, Facebook, Google)
• Schedule and post daily content across all platforms
• Create engaging reels, videos, and short-form content
• Handle video shooting, editing, and basic motion graphics
• Create and manage AI/virtual avatars for promotional videos
• Develop content calendars and campaign strategies
• Manage paid ads, boosts, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with clinic team for before/after content (as per guidelines)
• Monitor engagement, leads, and monthly performance reports

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing
• Poster design (Canva / Photoshop)
• Video creation & editing (Reels, Shorts, Ads)
• Experience with AI tools, avatars, voiceovers, and automation
• Basic understanding of branding & aesthetics industry
• Creativity with strong visual sense

Qualification:

• Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing / Media / Design (preferred)
• Proven experience in healthcare / beauty / lifestyle marketing is a plus
