About the Role
We're looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to take the lead on performance campaigns across Facebook/Instagram and Google Ads driving pre-orders, conversions, and brand awareness for the all-new QUARK AI GLASSES
Your Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, Performance Max).
Develop audience targeting, creative concepts, and bidding strategies that maximize ROI.
Continuously analyze performance metrics, run A/B tests, and scale winning campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure brand consistency and impact.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience managing paid performance campaigns with clear KPIs (CPL, ROAS, CTR).
Hands-on experience with tech, AI, EV, or premium digital-first brands is a plus.
A growth-minded, analytical, and creative thinker who thrives on experimentation and results.
