About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Exceptional Ad Agency. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a talented team of digital marketers and creatives, oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and drive strategic growth initiatives for our e-commerce clients. Your expertise will be instrumental in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and TikTok, as well as developing SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling D2C brands and possess a deep understanding of performance marketing, social media management, conversion rate optimization, and analytics. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital or performance marketing, with demonstrated success in scaling D2C or e-commerce brands. Strong proficiency in paid advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, as well as expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and CRO is essential. Hands-on experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics 4, Klaviyo, and ad management platforms is required. A solid understanding of digital marketing metrics, campaign optimization, and data analysis is critical for success in this role. The candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and mentor a team of digital marketers and creative professionals to ensure campaign success and professional development.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta, Google, and TikTok to meet client objectives and maximize ROI.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies aimed at improving keyword rankings, increasing organic traffic, and enhancing overall online visibility.
  • Oversee social media marketing efforts, including strategy formulation, content creation, and audience growth across various platforms.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve website performance, user experience, and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate closely with the design and content teams to produce compelling ad creatives and high-converting landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics regularly, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing detailed reports on campaign results, strategies, and scaling opportunities.
