Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Internship – Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join our Digital Marketing & Lead Generation team. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want hands-on experience in online marketing, customer outreach, and business development. You will work with the marketing team to drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, landing pages, and other digital channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
• Support in content creation (blogs, social media posts, infographics, case studies).
• Perform SEO and keyword research to optimize website visibility.
• Manage and update CRM tools / lead databases with accurate client information.
• Help track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, conversion rates, leads generated).
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).
• Familiarity with lead generation techniques (LinkedIn outreach, cold emailing, lead magnets, landing pages).
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, Canva, Google Analytics, HubSpot/CRM, or social platforms is an added advantage.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
