Key Responsibility :
Contact potential clients via calls, messages, or emails
Generate and qualify leads
Understand and gather client requirements accurately
Maintain proper records of client interactions and requirements
Follow up with leads and update lead status
Coordinate with internal teams to share client requirements

Required Skills :
Good verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with client interaction and follow-ups
Basic understanding of marketing and lead generation
Ability to understand client needs and ask relevant questions
Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and adapt .
