Digital Marketing Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, graphics) aligned with company milestones, festive events, and technical updates
• Monitor and report campaign performance using basic analytics tools
• Research industry trends and competitor strategies to suggest improvements
• Support SEO and keyword optimization for company pages and posts
• Help design employer branding materials and recruitment creatives
• Collaborate with interns from other domains (HR, UI/UX, Web Dev) for cross-functional campaigns
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for audience engagement

Preferred candidate profile

• Students or freshers pursuing Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools (Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
• Creative mindset with good writing and visual communication skills
• Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to real-time projects
• Familiarity with LinkedIn content strategy is a plus
• Available for a minimum of 3 Months and committed to deadlines.
• Bonus: Interest in energy, sustainability, or HR branding.
