Job Description

Key Skills Required:

Social Media Marketing:
Content posting & scheduling (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Familiarity with hashtags, reels, and basic engagement strategies
Paid Ads (Performance Marketing):
Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (campaign structure, audience targeting, creative setup)
Understanding of Google Ads (Search & Display basics, keyword planning)
WordPress:
Managing blog posts/pages
Updating content/images
Understanding of plugins like Yoast SEO, Elementor, etc.
Bonus (Not Mandatory):
Canva / basic design tools
Basic understanding of analytics (Meta Insights, Google Analytics)

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and scheduling posts across social platforms
Help in setting up and optimizing paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google)
Manage minor updates on company/client WordPress websites
Collaborate with senior team on performance reports and strategy suggestions
Research competitors and trends to improve content and ads

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
