Digital Marketing Head

You will be responsible for planning, recommending, preparing, and overseeing digital marketing strategies for current and potential clients. It is essential to ensure high-quality and consistent service delivery across the entire digital marketing team. You will need to maintain a rigorous approach to managing work schedules, reporting, and managing change effectively. As a key member of the management team, you will have input into the agency's direction and strategy. Continuous improvement and development of digital services will be a crucial aspect of your role. You will be expected to develop and drive the company's digital strategy, including content marketing and social media activities. Your expertise will be vital in consultancy work as you will participate regularly in client meetings and pitches. Sharing your experience and knowledge through coaching and developing your team will be essential for the team's success. You will need to liaise with clients throughout active campaigns and apply a multi-channel marketing mix when planning client campaigns. Producing detailed performance reports and presentations when necessary will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, attending/speaking at networking and industry events as the company's digital authority will be required.
