Job Description

Conduct full-scale technical SEO audits and provide actionable insights
Optimize crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and page speed
Implement and manage canonical tags, hreflang, robots.txt, and sitemap.xml
Identify and fix issues related to Core Web Vitals and mobile usability
Manage redirects, broken links, pagination, and structured data
Collaborate with developers on SEO requirements during product builds, migrations, or redesigns
Monitor site health using tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

Own end-to-end GTM setup and implementation
Configure tags, triggers, and variables for event tracking (e.g., clicks, scrolls, video engagement)
Build and manage custom data layers across web properties
Ensure consistent data collection across GA4 and other marketing platforms
Troubleshoot GTM and analytics tracking issues with precision
Work with dev team to deploy tags across different environments (dev, staging, prod)

36 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO & GTM
Proficiency with tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs/SEMrush, GTmetrix
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics (for tag implementation and troubleshooting)
Experience with schema markup (JSON-LD preferred)
Solid understanding of SEO for JavaScript-heavy websites
Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including dev, content, and analytics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Google Analytics (GA4) and GTM certifications
Knowledge of server-side rendering, dynamic rendering, or React SEO
Experience with international SEO (hreflang, localization)
Working knowledge of CRO tools (Hotjar, Optimize, etc.)
