We have an Urgent Requirement for the Digital Marketing Faculty Post in our Ernakulam Branch.

Qualification: Diploma in Digital Marketing or Bachelor's degree in Marketing
Experience: Minimum 3 year
Working Days : Monday - Saturday
Location : Ernakulam

Skills Required :

• Strong Knowledge of Digital Marketing: In-depth understanding of key digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Expertise in AI Tools for Marketing: Proven experience with AI-driven marketing tools for automation, optimization, and analytics (e.g., Google AI, HubSpot AI, Persado, Hootsuite Insights, AI for Ads targeting).
• Hands-on Experience with Paid Campaigns: Expertise in managing paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, using both traditional strategies and AI-enhanced techniques like Smart Bidding and Automated Campaigns.
• Understanding of Analytics and Reporting: Proficient in using AI tools for data analysis and performance tracking (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar), with the ability to interpret data and present actionable insights.
• Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Keeping current with the latest developments in digital marketing, AI technologies, and industry trends to ensure students are trained in the most relevant and cutting-edge strategies.
• Training & Presentation Skills: Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex digital marketing concepts in a clear, engaging, and effective manner. Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
• SEO and Content Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of SEO best practices, content creation, and optimization tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Yoast SEO), and AI-powered content generation tools (e.g., Frase, Copy.ai).
• Social Media Strategy & Management: Expertise in developing social media strategies, content calendars, and managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube), leveraging tools like Buffer, Sprout Social, and SocialBee.
• Experience with Automation Tools: Knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Marketo, including AI-powered email segmentation and campaign automation.
• AI in Personalization and Customer Journey Mapping: Ability to teach how AI can enhance customer segmentation, personalization, and optimizing the user journey with tools like Salesforce Einstein and Dynamic Yield.
• Team Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to collaborate with other team members, mentor junior staff, and lead training sessions for both students and colleagues.
• Adaptability to New Technologies: Comfort with rapidly evolving marketing technologies and tools, particularly AI-based platforms that are revolutionizing digital marketing practices.
