We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Digital Marketing Faculty to join our Edappal center and mentor aspiring digital marketers.

Role Overview

As a Digital Marketing Trainer, you will deliver interactive sessions, mentor students, and equip them with practical skills and industry knowledge. You will play a key role in making students job-ready professionals in today’s digital-first economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach core digital marketing modules including SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Content Marketing, and Google Ads.
• Conduct practical sessions using live projects and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
• Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Mentor students individually and monitor their performance.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, certifications, and tools.
• Guide students on placement readiness and career opportunities.
• Maintain accurate course documentation and progress reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (agency or freelance experience accepted).
• Prior teaching or training experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Hands-on expertise with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, Canva, etc.
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate learners of diverse skill levels.

Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
