*Job Description*

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Faculty to join our team in Kolkata. The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, designing course content, and mentoring learners to build industry-ready digital marketing skills. The role requires strong subject expertise, communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts into practical learning.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Conduct interactive classroom sessions, workshops, and webinars for learners at beginner and advanced levels.

* Deliver training through classroom, online, and pre-recorded tutorials.

* Design and update training modules, presentations, case studies, and exercises aligned with current industry trends.

* Translate complex digital marketing concepts into simplified, engaging, and practical content.

* Provide hands-on training in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Canva, WordPress, and other tools.

* Guide learners through live projects and simulations for practical exposure.

* Assess learner performance through quizzes, assignments, and projects to ensure effective skill-building.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong expertise in Google Ads, SEO, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Canva, WordPress, Email Marketing Tools, etc.

* Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

* Patience, empathy, and adaptability in training diverse learners.
