Job Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Expert who is creative, data-driven, and results-oriented to lead our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong command over SEO, paid advertising, social media, content creation, and analytics tools to drive engagement, generate leads, and boost brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more.
• Design and monitor paid campaigns (PPC, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive ROI.
• Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to website and blog content.
• Plan and manage email marketing campaigns including newsletters and drip sequences.
• Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and prepare detailed reports.
• Coordinate with designers, content writers, and external digital agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Stay current on digital trends and competitive landscape.
• Act as the single point of contact with the digital marketing agency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Mailchimp, Canva
• Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Creativity with a performance-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Google Ads and Analytics Certifications
• Experience in e-commerce or lead-generation-focused campaigns
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
