Think TED Talk meets coding dojo meets HR war room. — 📋 Key Responsibilities As the Placement Readiness Coach, you will: ✅ Deliver Interactive Workshops on: HR & Behavioral Interview Techniques (STAR Method, “Tell Me About Yourself,” situational questions) Group Discussion Strategies & Facilitation Corporate Communication (Email, Virtual Etiquette, Professional Presence) Personal Branding Review (Resume, LinkedIn, GitHub — feedback-focused, not creation) ✅ Conduct & Evaluate Mock Interviews: Lead minimum two 1-on-1 recorded mock HR interviews per student with personalized written feedback reports. Facilitate peer-to-peer mock interviews and guide constructive feedback exchange. ✅ Guide Technical Interview Readiness: Explain MAANG-style interview structures and online assessment patterns. Conduct live DSA practice sessions (Beginner & Intermediate levels) — focus on problem-solving approach, not advanced coding.
