Job Description

The Digital Marketing Expert is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads across multiple digital platforms. The role involves planning and executing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and content strategy to achieve measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.
  • Plan and manage online advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behavior to refine marketing approaches.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and technical SEO audits.
  • Monitor and improve website ranking, organic traffic, and lead conversions using analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content creators to ensure SEO best practices.

3. Pay-Per-Click (PPC) & Google Ads

  • Create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) campaigns.
  • Analyze ROI, CPC, and conversion metrics to improve ad performance.
  • Manage ad budgets and track campaign spend effectively.

4. Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Create engaging content and manage paid social media campaigns.
  • Track engagement metrics and grow brand followers.

5. Email & Content Marketing

  • Plan and run email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing and customer engagement.
  • Oversee content creation (blogs, videos, graphics) optimized for SEO and social engagement.

6. Analytics & Reporting

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Meta Ads Manager to track performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on traffic, leads, ROI, and conversions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing or online advertising.
  • Proven expertise in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certification preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, algorithms, and KPIs.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and data-driven thinking.
