Female Telecaller – Booking Software

We are looking for a confident and professional female telecaller to promote our online venue booking software. The role involves contacting potential customers, explaining the benefits of the platform, handling queries, and converting leads into bookings or registrations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and basic computer knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Explain the features and advantages of the booking software.
• Maintain follow-up and update records.
• Assist in customer onboarding and resolving basic queries.

Requirements:

• Good communication in Malayalam and English.
• Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
