Role Overview: You will be responsible for following the guidelines provided by the Digital Marketing Manager to create content, ads, and carry out various digital marketing activities. Your main focus will be on converting and increasing site traffic through the development of relevant digital marketing tactics. Additionally, you will be updating the company's social media profiles regularly, with inputs from the manager and senior management. Your role will also involve identifying new social media networks to reach target audiences and analyzing campaign performance to prepare detailed reports. It will be essential for you to brainstorm new and creative strategies, conduct keyword searches regularly, and update online portals and social media sites with the latest developments. Staying updated with the latest SEO trends and changes in major search engines will be crucial, along with generating new leads for improved performance and suggesting enhancements to the team and manager as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Follow guidelines set by the Digital Marketing Manager to create content, ads, and execute digital marketing activities - Increase site traffic through relevant digital marketing tactics - Update company's social media profiles regularly with guidance from management - Identify new social media networks to target specific audiences - Analyze and track campaign performance, preparing detailed reports - Brainstorm new and creative strategies - Conduct regular keyword research and share findings with content management team - Update online portals and social media sites with latest developments - Stay informed about the latest SEO trends and search engine changes - Generate new leads to enhance performance - Suggest improvements to the team and manager when necessary Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline - MBA in marketing preferred - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Strong content and social media marketing skills - Proficiency in website analytics tools like Google Analytics, NetInsight, etc. - Familiarity with various SEO/SEM techniques in digital marketing - Knowledge of major search engines and ranking structures - Understanding of ethical on-page and off-page SEO techniques,
