We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager with at least 2 years of experience in sales and business development. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and leading initiatives to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet business goals. Identify new market opportunities and generate leads. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts. Negotiate and close deals with clients. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Mentor and support junior sales team members (if applicable) Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
