About the Company:

We are a growing Life Sciences CRO providing specialized research and development support to pharmaceutical and biotech companies. Our services span across bioanalytical, formulation, and pre-clinical domains, with a commitment to scientific excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns tailored to pharma and biotech clientele
• Handle SEO/SEM, email marketing, and website content updates
• Manage company’s presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and relevant scientific forums
• Create and manage Google Ads and social media ads
• Prepare monthly analytics reports using Google Analytics and other tools
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop relevant content (blogs, case studies, videos)
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to optimize strategy
• Assist in organizing webinars, digital events, and online campaigns for client engagement
• Ensure brand consistency across digital channels
• Coordinate with external vendors/agencies as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (life sciences/CRO/pharma experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing tools
• Good understanding of B2B marketing in the pharma/biotech industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in digital tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Canva, etc.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

Additional Requirements:

• Punctuality is mandatory – on-time reporting is strictly enforced
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
