This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in clinical research and business strategy. You will assist in identifying potential clients, supporting proposal development, and helping execute BD initiatives under the guidance of experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Conduct basic market research to identify potential clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare sectors. Assist in lead generation via email outreach, LinkedIn, and online directories. Support the preparation of client presentations, capability decks, and proposals. Maintain internal databases, reports, and CRM tools. Coordinate with internal teams for project and proposal support. Learn and stay informed about Voxtur’s service offerings, the CRO industry, and key competitors. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or Business Administration. 0–1 year of experience (freshers encouraged to apply). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of clinical research or pharmaceutical services preferred. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Voxtur Clinical Research is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through clinical trial partnerships. This is a Chennai-based, performance-led role requiring deep industry knowledge, relationship-building skills, and deal-closing ability. Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Focused): Generate ₹2 Cr+ in qualified sponsor pipeline within 90 days Close at least 1 commercial clinical trial agreement within the first 60 days Establish 10+ new pharma/biotech sponsor relationships within 6 months Improve proposal-to-win conversion rates through strategic BD input Represent Voxtur at 2+ key industry events per quarter Requirements: 3–5 years of BD experience in CROs, clinical trial services Strong sponsor network across pharma, biotech, or medtech segments Proven ability to generate leads and close contracts independently Deep understanding of clinical trial process, timelines, and stakeholder needs Excellent communication, presentation, and commercial negotiation skills Location Requirement: This role is Chennai-based only .
