Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the school’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging digital content such as posts, reels, videos, and stories
  • Develop marketing campaigns to promote school programs, events, and success stories
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports
  • Respond to online inquiries and engage with followers to build a positive online community
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots for school activities and special events
  • Assist in running digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads – basic knowledge preferred)
  • Collaborate with management to plan creative marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and current digital trends
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
