We are Hiring at Mumbai Content Operations Associate / Executive Assistant Digital Projects to

work closely with Director  on-site at Andheri Lokhandwala office Mumbai for a Well known

Medical Doctor ' s brand and digital marketing on Social media platform 

The ideal candidate should be smart, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong coordination and

follow-up skills. The role involves assisting in managing  medical doctor' s social media and

digital presence, ensuring smooth execution between creative teams, LinkedIn, website, and video team. Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with multiple teams for timely content delivery and approvals.Maintaining trackers

, content calendars, and dashboards.Preparing approval decks (caption + design + key message).

Handling email drafts, meeting notes, sponsorship documentation, and post

scheduling.Supporting events, shoots, and speaker sessions.*Ideal profile:*Graduate with 24

years experience in marketing coordination, content operations, or executive

assistance.Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.Proficient in Google

Sheets, Docs; basic Canva/Notion skills preferred.Detail-oriented, understands content tone and

design sensibility.Comfortable with a fast-paced workflow and quick turnarounds.Please share
