About the Role

We areseekinga creative, detail-oriented andresearch drivenDigital Marketing Executive to drive our online presence and brand visibility. The role requires strong skills in off-page SEO,on-pageand paid ad managementalong with the ability to analyze campaign performance andoptimizestrategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen the off-page SEO profile for the website through backlinks, directory submissions,PRand outreach.
• Publish guest blogs (especially in the health domain) for backlinking and brand authority.
• Assistin managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads (Search/video/Pmax) campaigns to generate traffic and leads.
• Support PR activities, including outreach to digital publications, bloggers, and influencers.
• Support offline/on ground marketing campaigns like flyers, liftcampaigns,etc.
• Track and analyze campaign performanceusingreports and recommend improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest SEO, digital marketing, and advertising trends to enhance results.

Skills & Competencies

• Knowledge of off-page SEO strategies (backlinking, guest posting, digital PR).
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Exposure to SEO tools (SEMrush)
• AdvancedExcel for Analytics
• Strong writing and reading skills foroutreach emails, content marketing, technicaldocuments,copywriting for ads.
• Good analytical skills to measure digital campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and proactively suggestnew ideas.
