Job Description

Digital Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads):

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Search, Display, Video, Performance Max, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive benchmarking.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and implement data-driven optimisations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and monthly spends effectively.
  • Create compelling ad copies, CTAs, and collaborate with the design team for creatives.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and UTM parameters.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and optimisation recommendations.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Support on-page optimisation, keyword research, and content recommendations.

Assist in improving website rankings, traffic, and organic visibility.

Perform basic technical SEO checks and coordinate with relevant teams for fixes.

Share keyword insights and performance data with the SEO and content teams.

General Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices across SEO and Paid Ads.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support campaign objectives and marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure strong ownership, accountability, and timely delivery of tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, including:
  • 1+ year of SEO experience
  • 1+ year of Paid Ads experience (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
  • Good understanding of keyword targeting, conversion tracking, attribution, and remarketing strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, and Ads Managers.
  • Ability to work with performance data and optimise for ROI, leads, and acquisition goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with landing page optimisation, CRO, and funnel performance.
  • Exposure to other ad platforms such as programmatic Ads, X Ads (Twitter), or DSPs is a plus.
  • Experience with BFSI or financial brands is an advantage.
