Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual who can manage our digital marketing, graphic design, and website content. The ideal candidate should be experienced in running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, designing marketing creatives, and managing websites using platforms like WordPress or Shopify.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design (Mandatory)

• Design creatives for social media posts, ads, website banners, and e-commerce platforms
• Create short promotional videos and reels using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro
• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

2. Digital Ads Management

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns
• Perform A/B testing for creatives and ad copies
• Monitor ad performance and improve return on ad spend (ROAS)

3. Website Management

• Update product listings, banners, and landing pages on WordPress/Shopify
• Coordinate with the development team for technical issues
• Implement basic on-page SEO (meta tags, image alt texts, etc.)

4. E-commerce Platform Coordination (Preferred)

• Manage listings on Amazon, Flipkart, and other platforms
• Optimize product content and creatives
• Track ad performance and support in handling orders and returns

Required Skills:

• Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics
• WordPress or Shopify website handling
• Strong communication and time management

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Email marketing (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Amazon/Flipkart Ads
• Blog writing and basic SEO content

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
