Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to accelerate our inbound lead generation and enhance overall brand presence. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert potential customers into qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility.Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) with engaging and high-performing content.Optimize website content for SEO and manage SEM activities to increase organic traffic and search visibility.Coordinate with design and content teams to create engaging digital assets including posts, videos, blogs, and creatives.Execute and manage email marketing, newsletters, and remarketing workflows to nurture leads through the funnel.Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite, providing regular reports and insights to improve ROI and conversions.Collaborate with the sales team to align digital marketing efforts with lead quality and business goals.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.12 years of proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation.Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.Good understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM tools.Strong communication skills and a creative, data-driven approach to problem-solving.
