Location: Bangalore (Sarjapur Road)

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our high-impact performance marketing and campaign operations team. This role involves executing digital campaigns, monitoring performance, optimizing results, and generating actionable insights. If you are passionate about digital marketing and eager to grow in performance-driven campaigns, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution: End-to-end setup and launch of campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), including bulk setup tools for efficiency.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor live campaigns, identify anomalies, and apply optimization strategies to meet business goals.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly campaign reports; identify insights and flag performance trends early.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with creative, CRM, and product teams to align campaign inputs and ensure smooth execution.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 1–3 years in digital marketing/campaign execution with strong knowledge of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS).

Technical Skills:

Hands-on experience in campaign setup (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager).

Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis.

Familiarity with bulk setup tools is an added advantage.

Core Competencies:

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Analytical mindset to convert data into actionable insights.

Qualifications & Certifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification (a plus).
