Attain key performance indicators such as reducing the website bounce rate, increasing dwell time or improving conversion Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness Be actively involved in Creatives and SEO/ SEM efforts (keyword, image optimization, etc.) Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update the website. Collaborate with designers to improve user experience Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) Acquire insight into online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date Job Profile: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers. Plan and execute all digital marketing activities - including SEO/SEM, Marketing database, Email, social media and display advertising campaigns Implement On-page optimization such as keyword research, title and description tags, H1, and keyword density/frequency Develop and implement a link building strategy Design creative graphics (No need to know Photoshop, corel, etc.) Develop social media strategy & Maintain our social media presence Must be able to run Advertising / PPC campaigns Must be fluent in FB & Google Ad manager Prepare online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels Provide creative ideas for content marketing Measure performance of digital marketing efforts (web traffic, leads, bounce rates, sales, retention, ROI, ROAS, etc.) using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends, etc.) Salary: Best in Industry *Additional incentives based on Performance
