Job Summary

We are looking for a Digital Marketer to plan and manage online marketing campaigns, social media pages, and lead generation for our agency and clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running ads and analyzing performance.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
Monitor ad performance and optimize for better reach and conversions.
Manage social media accounts (posting, captions, engagement).
Prepare weekly performance reports and suggest improvements.
Work with the design team for ad creatives and visuals.
Research new trends, competitors, and campaign ideas.

Required Skills

6 months – 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, and conversion metrics.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools.
Familiar with Canva / Photoshop for basic creative work.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
