Digital Marketing Executive Job

About the job: We're looking for a results-driven digital marketing manager to lead and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across our digital channels. You will play a key role in planning, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue growth. Key responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising. 2. Plan and execute growth strategies to drive traffic, leads, and sales. 3. Own the content calendar and work with the creative team to produce engaging content. 4. Analyze web traffic and key metrics using Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar tools. 5. Manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others. 6. Optimize website and landing page performance (A/B testing, CRO). 7. Coordinate with agencies, freelancers, and partners as needed. 8. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy. 9. Report on performance and ROI across all channels. Qualifications: 1. 1 year of experience in digital marketing (B2C or B2B). 2. Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and email marketing tools. 3. Strong understanding of analytics, performance marketing, and automation platforms. 4. Excellent communication and project management skills. 5. Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, Webflow) is a plus. 6. Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Klaviyo. Preferred: 1. Agency or startup experience. 2. Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar.
