About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Build monthly content strategies and ideas tailored to each brand's tone, audience, and business goals 2. Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content to inform direction 3. Collaborate with design and digital teams to bring content concepts to life across formats 4. Write and develop content for social media posts (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc) 5. Create scripts for reels and short-form videos 6. Write blogs, newsletters, and website content 7. Prepare brand decks, case studies, and internal pitch documents 8. Adapt tone of voice for each brand whether playful, premium, technical, or conversational 9. Create and manage monthly content calendars across platforms 10. Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely delivery and approvals 11. Schedule and publish posts across tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or Later 12. Monitor content performance and engagement metrics 13. Identify what's working and suggest quick pivots or fresh ideas to boost visibility and impact Requirements: 1. Strong understanding of brand tone, audience-first writing, and content formats that convert 2. Highly organized and comfortable juggling multiple brands and deadlines 3. Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail Additional information: 1. Working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Figma 2. Understanding of SEO and blog content frameworks 3. Interest in storytelling for emerging platforms (Reels, Threads, LinkedIn Thought Leadership) 4.
