Digital Marketing Executive Job

About the job: We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive with a keen interest in online advertising. In this role, you will assist in executing and monitoring ad campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, and YouTube to support our exhibitions and publishing brands. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or early-career marketer to get hands-on experience with paid campaigns while learning from an experienced marketing team. Key responsibilities: 1. Assist in setting up and managing ad campaigns on: Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, and YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads. 2. Coordinate with the design and editorial teams to prepare creatives and ad copy. 3. Monitor daily performance of live campaigns and flag issues or opportunities. 4. Compile weekly campaign reports and present key metrics like reach, clicks, and leads. 5. Support basic audience targeting, budget tracking, and scheduling. 6. Stay updated with trends and changes on ad platforms. 7. Work closely with the senior marketing team to align campaigns with business goals. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. 2. 0-1.5 years of experience in digital marketing or internships related to paid media. 3. Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager or Google Ads is preferred (certifications are a plus). 4. Strong interest in social media, advertising, and digital trends. 5. Comfortable working with numbers and basic performance reports. 6. Good communication and coordination skills.
