Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Research and suggest monthly YouTube video topics that align with our Mutual Funds Telugu channel
Track YouTube performance weekly and optimize future topics based on data
Plan and execute lead generation funnels (Lead Magnet Tripwire Appointment Sale)
Design and manage email campaigns (ConvertKit/Mailchimp)
Coordinate WhatsApp campaigns and automation flows
Run and monitor paid ads on Meta and Google
Track CTRs and open rates for lead magnets and appointment links
Coordinate with the founder, Research analyst, and video editor for better results

Required Skill-set:

Self-motivated with a bias for action
thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and takes ownership without waiting for instructions
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
— understands marketing metrics, funnel drop-offs, and can act on insights
Excellent communication & teamwork skills
— able to collaborate with the founder, research analysts, and content/video teams
Proficiency in both organic and paid marketing strategies
— experience with SEO, YouTube growth, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
Result-driven mindset
— focused on outcomes and conversions, not just campaign execution
