Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify, generate, and qualify leads through digital and offline channels.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and offer tailored solutions.
Pitch services/products to prospective clients and close deals.
Track business development activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
Social Media Management:
Manage company social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Create engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with business goals.
Run paid campaigns (if needed) to increase reach and generate quality leads.
Monitor analytics, track performance, and optimize strategies.
Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an active online community.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Hands-on expertise in social media management & digital marketing.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Creative mindset with ability to design and execute engaging campaigns.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
