JOB OBJECTIVES: To create and implement a long-term profitable DIGITAL growth plan of Brand Swastik and Three Mango other brands of Swastik Spices and provide planned marketing inputs in Digital Marketing Activities and carry out all E-Commerce activities at its own Ecommerce website and on all available external Ecommerce platforms. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES: A) PLANNING : Creation of a strategic Digital Marketing plan to achieve organizational objectives in long & short term. Identifying, Planning, and executing Digital activities for new Product launches, growth and expansion of existing products and skus in line with the Targeted growth plans and Ecommerce sales. ¢ Planning for Brand Experience activities, creative communication inputs for Digital activities with the respective Digital and Ecommerce agencies. ¢ Planning for driving traffic to the Ecommerce website and create opportunities for online sales. ¢ Plan promotional activities, strategic tie-ups and creative product bundling to create increased Ecommerce sales. ¢ Plan to Creating weekly social calendars and curating monthly Digital media plans B) OPERATIONS : E-Commerce Operations Responsibilities: ¢ Ecommerce Brand Building, Brand Development and improving Brand salience through creation of Brand Experiences and visibility. ¢ Management of the Ecommerce Agency and external Ecommerce managers for best results. ¢ Work on moving / attracting traffic to the Ecommerce Website and work on ensuring all the visits and cart selections are converted to online sales. ¢ Handle the E-Commerce orders from the website, ensure payments, availability of products, dispatch of the products ordered, delivery and handling all E-Commerce Consumer complaints. ¢ Make the Swastik Spices products available on the external local and national E-Commerce sites and coordinate with sales and link up the deliveries. ¢ Coordinate with the Digital agencies in uploading new products, change in packaging, and new skus. ¢ Cost Management & budgeting of the Digital Marketing Budgets and work out the ROI for each activity. ¢ All Digital Marketing program results to be evaluated against the objectives set at the start of the program. ¢ Conduct the necessary online Market Research activities among existing customers for new products, existing products and extensions. ¢ Work with the Logistics and Delivery partners to ensure cost efficient deliveries to the customers. DIGITAL Marketing Responsibilities: ¢ Work with External Digital Marketing Agency / Internal Digital Marketing person in planning and executing the digital marketing activities for reaching the Target Audience. ¢ Attend to all Digital / Ecommerce Customer Feedback and complaints. ¢ Understand the best Digital Marketing practices in the packaged Food and Beverage industry and adopt similar digital activities for the Brand. ¢ Create Brand Experiences through Digital Marketing activities. ¢ Build Digital Data base of loyal / affinity Consumers and build Marketing Activities for increasing the Brand loyalty among them. ¢ Evaluate all Digital Marketing activities results against the set objectives and cost per reach. ¢ Carryout SCM / SEO campaigns with paid and organic marketing activities to build the online consumer base. ¢ Execution of digital media campaigns on Facebook, Google adwords, Twitter and YouTube. ¢ Carryout affiliate marketing, blogging, digital marketing strategy, SEO, google analytics, ad words, email marketing and social media marketing. ¢ Website Management (WordPress) and SEO /SEM - regularly update website with product information and blogs using WordPress, ensure that pages are SEO friendly. REPORTING TO : ¢ HEAD Marketing ( for Digital Marketing ) ¢ Business Head Operations ( Ecommerce sales and operations ) DIRECT SUBORDINATES : Nil. INTERNAL CUSTOMERS: Top Management, Head Sales, Sales team, Product Managers / Executives, Commercial, Operations/Projects, Finance/Purchase, Logistics, MIS. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE ¢ Graduate, Preferable- PG / MBA in Marketing. ¢ Overall around relevant 2-5 years (in Digital Marketing / Ecommerce Operations ) in FMCG/Consumer Goods Marketing Companies / Digital Agencies handling similar roles. ¢ Should have handled Digital and Ecommerce operations activities with or through agencies. .00 CTC: Rs. 5-8 Lakhs per annum. Rupees Five Lakhs per annum KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS/ ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED: Knowledge Skills FMCG / Food Consumer Expertise in website management, website Achievement Motivation / Attributes Marketing optimization, manage product on website, Drive for Results website development strategy, website analytics, data analysis, Digital and Promotional Working with External Teams Patience activities Consumer Behaviour Digital / Promotional Agencies Collaborative/Conflict Management working.
