Business Operations & Analytics Specialist (Manufacturing background) Key Responsibilities The position is responsible to lead the core business activities viz. Production, Procurement, Sales - Distribution, Liaising - Stakeholder management and Risk mitigation. Core business Project execution i.e. Production, Sales etc Stakeholder management and pursue on the deliverable as per project requirement Analise bottlenecks and troubleshoot issues Risk mitigation and waste control Analytics Data Analysis, advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, PPT and MS office Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner Acquire the operational data, maintain MIS and convert data into value for teams across the organisation Collect relevant information and make actionable reports for reference of management Public Relations Laision with Government and statutory bodies Coordinate with business associates, clients and other external acquaintances Closely work with internal key players like department heads, production heads etc General Tasks Support the top management in day-to-day business activities Handle the internal and external communications, presentations, reports Be the custodian of data pertaining to top management Person specifications MBA/M. Com with Business Operations experience of 10-12 years in a manufacturing Industry Experience in project management/core business, working with the senior management Exposure/awareness of legal matters will be given priority Strong organizational, business management and problem-solving skills with multi-tasking abilities Sound in communication of English, Hindi (drafting & conversation) and Telugu speaking Advanced Microsoft office skills, with an ability to become familiar with required programs/software/apps Must be good at handling data viz data collection to data analysis Technology savvy, the candidate should have the right skills and intuitive knowledge to operate modern devices effectively Work with own views and be responsible in handling the tasks Independent and well-organized to with zero supervision Confident, matured professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality Age 40 45 range Have an own vehicle and openness to travel within the city as required (Need based only) Work Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad CTC: Competitive https://www.swastikspices.com/
