Job Overview:
Assist the marketing department in creating content and advertising and promoting &
creating leads through social media platform. Managing and sorting the sales data and
sending emails to students.
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities for Training Business:
- Manage the company mailbox with timely and professional responses.
- Use multiple lead generation strategies including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Create and schedule engaging content for social media using tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or
similar.
- Research competitors and recommend website updates or digital improvements.
- Write compelling copy for digital campaigns, social media posts, and email marketing.
- Maintain and update sales data spreadsheets, ensuring daily input from the sales team with proper
comments.
- Assist with the coordination of student-focused events such as job shows and university visits.
- Support the overall marketing strategy with insights and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of IT software and tech-related products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities for Non Training Business:
Content Creation:
- Write clear, engaging short-form content (ads, social captions, banners) and long form content (blogs, emails, landing pages) using content writing principles.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate product, service, and brand
narratives into compelling marketing copy.
- Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
Design:
- Create eye-catching, brand-aligned creatives using Canva (or equivalent tools) for
- social media, emailers, decks, and ads.
- • Understand design fundamentals and visual hierarchy, even if not a formal designer.
- Building Thought-Leadership:
- • Build Thought Leadership for the CXOs
- • Research and Write about the Technology and AI to build thought leadership.
- Digital Campaign Support:
- • Support in planning and executing campaigns across key digital channels (Meta,
- LinkedIn, Google, email, WhatsApp).
- • Schedule and publish content via social tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, etc.).
- • Coordinate with vendors and freelancers if needed (e.g., for ad creatives, videos).
- • Marketing Operations
- • Track performance of digital activities; assist in pulling and summarizing reports (via
- Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.).
- • Maintain content calendars, campaign plans, and documentation.
- • Conduct light competitor and trend research to identify opportunities.
- Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable):
- • Exceptional writing skills ability to write engaging short and long-form content with
- speed and clarity.
- • Hands-on Canva skills capable of independently creating social creatives,
- thumbnails, and basic presentations.
- • Basic understanding of digital marketing familiarity with marketing channels
- (organic, paid, email, etc.), funnels, and what makes content work on each.
- • Self-starter with a learning mindset can take initiative, ask the right questions, and
- quickly adapt to changing needs.
- Good-to-Have Skills (Bonus):
- • Experience with social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
- • Exposure to paid campaign platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
- • Basic SEO knowledge (on-page/off-page)
- • Ability to edit short videos or reels (using tools like CapCut, Canva video, etc.)
- • Previous experience in a startup or handling multiple brands
Qualifications & Requirements:

Any Graduate- • Familiarity with major Social Media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn,
- YouTube, etc.,)
- • Creative Problem-solving skills.
- • Very good MS Office skills
Self-Starter with ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline driven environment
- Excellent Written & verbal communication Skills.
