Role Overview Connect2Clinic is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing both paid and organic social media campaigns, a strong grasp of digital marketing tools and analytics, and the technical ability to build and maintain WordPress websites. You will play a key role in elevating our online presence, engaging our community, and driving measurable business growth. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Multi-Account Handling: Manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously, with budgets ranging from 310 lakhs and above. Content Creation: Develop and schedule engaging, high-quality content (posts, creatives, videos) tailored to each platform and audience segment. Campaign Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Platform Expertise: Stay current with the latest trends, features, and best practices on all major social media platforms, and adapt strategies accordingly. Community Engagement: Respond promptly to comments, messages, and brand mentions to foster a positive and active online community. SEO & Content Marketing: Contribute to SEO initiatives via social media, blog writing, community engagement, and backlink building. ROI Demonstration: Clearly demonstrate ROI on all digital marketing activities to support business objectives and client partnerships. Competitor & Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to keep Connect2Clinic ahead of the curve. WordPress Website Development: Build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring optimal user experience, SEO best practices, and seamless integration with digital marketing campaigns. Collaboration: Work closely with design, content, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and campaign execution. Required Skills and Qualifications Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid and organic social media campaigns. Demonstrated ability to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. Strong knowledge of social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Facebook Business Manager) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience managing multiple accounts and large-scale budgets. Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret campaign reports. Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and platform knowledge bases. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair. Experience in SEO, SEM, email marketing, and optimizing user funnels is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
