Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate Digital Marketing Executive to manage our growing online presence (including a 60K+ YouTube channel) and support our student admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and grow College Guru’s social media accounts: YouTube (including Lives), Facebook/Instagram (Meta), LinkedIn, and others
• Plan, set up, and monitor YouTube Live sessions to ensure smooth streaming and audience engagement
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms to generate leads and drive traffic
• Drive organic lead generation by creating engaging content and optimizing campaigns for maximum reach
• Support Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to improve rankings in search results
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Connect and collaborate with influencers or similar partners to boost brand visibility and credibility
• Ensure all live sessions, videos, and media activities comply with the company’s Media Policy and support lead-generation goals
• Strategically increase views and engagement on videos and campaigns through effective planning and optimization

Admission Process Support & Data Entry

• Respond promptly and professionally to student inquiries via email, phone, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Counsel and guide prospective students through available programs and the entire admissions process
• Perform data entry of student details accurately in CRM and other systems
• Handle choice filling, application submission, and allotment coordination for students
• Collect, verify, and process admission-related documents ensuring compliance with internal standards
• Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Coordinate closely with the admissions team to align marketing and enrollment strategies for maximum conversion
