Digital Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We're in search of a proficient Digital Marketing Executive with at least 6 Months of professional experience, specializing in various digital platforms. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a deep understanding of contemporary digital marketing practices and excel in team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute inclusive digital marketing strategies across various platforms.
• Collaborate with content, sales, and customer service teams for cohesive campaigns.
• Manage digital campaigns, analyze performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Optimize website performance for improved user experience and lead generation.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and curate social media campaigns, including content creation and community management.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization for increased website rankings and organic traffic.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and engagement analytics.
• Prepare and present monthly/quarterly reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related fields.
• 0-2 Years of experience in digital marketing.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email marketing, and social media.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with graphic design and content production.
• Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools.
• Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and website design best practices.
