Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation & Optimization: Develop and manage content for websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles and communities, including creating engaging posts, running paid ad campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics.
  • SEO & SEM: Perform on-page and off-page SEO optimizations to improve organic search rankings and collaborate with agencies for paid search (PPC) campaigns.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to improve ROI and KPIs.
  • Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, and automation strategies to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials align with the company’s brand voice, style, and guidelines.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, sales, content, product) to align digital marketing strategies with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword research
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative, results-driven, and a team player with a passion for digital marketing

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • Familiarity with design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • Experience with paid social campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
