Role Overview:

We&aposre seeking a Digital Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator who thrives in a startup environment and can seamlessly bridge our brand communication with customer experience. This role combines creative social media management (60%) with strategic customer support coordination (40%), making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and cross-functional impact.

Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Social Media (60%):

  • Create and curate engaging content for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms
  • Develop social media calendars aligned with product launches and market insights
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages professionally
  • Track engagement metrics and optimize content performance
  • Stay updated on wealth-tech and investment industry trends for relevant content

Customer Success & Support Coordination (40%):

  • Review, categorize, and route customer support tickets to appropriate teams
  • Ensure customer inquiries are addressed within defined SLA timelines
  • Serve as first-line triage for customer issues before escalation
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Generate weekly reports on support metrics and common customer concerns
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams on customer-reported issues

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor&aposs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 1-2 years experience in social media management or customer service
  • Excellent written communication skills in English
  • Basic understanding of investment/financial services terminology (preferred)
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling tools and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Customer-first mindset with problem-solving orientation
