We’re looking for a full-time Telemarketing & Lead Generation Intern (Remote, 6 Months) who is: • Fluent in English and Hindi with excellent communication skills • Confident in handling objections and driving conversations • Equipped with a good internet connection and quiet environment for remote work • Professional, attentive, and open to learning • (Bonus) Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer support, or familiarity with finance/wealth management concepts What will you do with your skills? • Make outbound calls to potential customers from lead lists • Explain our platform and solutions clearly to the leads • Help in booking meetings between founders and leads for deeper discussions • Track calls, update lead sheets, and maintain progress logs • Gain hands-on fintech experience with direct mentorship from founders, plus the opportunity to convert into a full-time role upon strong performance

Role Overview: We're seeking a Digital Marketing & Customer Success Coordinator who thrives in a startup environment and can seamlessly bridge our brand communication with customer experience. This role combines creative social media management (60%) with strategic customer support coordination (40%), making it perfect for someone who enjoys variety and cross-functional impact.
