Social Media, Email/Digital Marketing and Traditional offline Marketing channel Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Email Outreach and Cold Calling:

  • Research and compile targeted contact lists within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
  • Develop and execute cold email campaigns to potential clients and partners, introducing them to our facilities and services.
  • Craft personalized messaging for various client profiles to maximize engagement and response rates leading to deal closures.
  • Track and analyse response data to refine email outreach strategies, and maintain CRM records of contacts and communications.
  • Conduct follow-up calls with potential leads generated through email campaigns to discuss partnership opportunities and service offerings.
  • Social Media and Digital Outreach

Manage all forms of social media and social media campaigns.

Marketing Coordination:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to align marketing strategies with sales goals and identify high-priority outreach initiatives.
  • Manage and implement offline marketing campaigns/ initiatives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Gather and interpret data on lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and market trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing email and marketing metrics, lead conversions, and campaign outcomes.
  • Provide feedback and insights on improving the effectiveness of outreach and marketing efforts based on data analysis and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in handling Social Media, Email marketing, cold calling, or sales coordination, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, persuasive email copy.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical mind-set and experience working with data to measure results.
  • Familiarity with the pharmaceutical or vaccine industry and its regulatory requirements is highly desirable.
