Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns to promote our services and enhance brand awareness. You will utilize various digital channels, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO), to reach our target audience and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Identify target audience segments and define key messaging and positioning for digital campaigns.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, display advertising, and search engines.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results and ROI.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for digital channels, including social media posts, blog articles, email newsletters, and website copy.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure content alignment with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage company social media accounts and profiles, including content posting, audience engagement, and community management.
  • Develop social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, reach, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Implement email automation workflows to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimization to improve organic search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Manage paid search advertising campaigns (SEM) on platforms like Google Ads to drive website traffic and conversions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Email Marketing Platforms, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
