Digital Marketing

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, Meta, Instagram and E-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart)
• Manage and grow the brands social media presence (organic + paid)
• Work closely with creative and content teams to produce compelling content for ads, posts, and emailers
• Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reports using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc
• Assist in SEO efforts, keyword research, and on-page optimizations
• Optimize website traffic and conversions via CRO and performance insights

Qualification

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a D2C/B2C environment
• Proficiency with digital tools: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva/Adobe, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
• Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media strategies
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (like Shopify) is a plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable insights from data
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
