Digital Marketing & Branding- Manager

· Develop branding and brand guidelines for People Tree Hospitals, Units, Group entities and specific projects that may need branding

· Develop group-level advertising & communication campaigns aimed at creating the corporate brand and its positioning

· Create marketing communication and event-specific branding for group level marketing initiatives for domestic and international markets

· Create Marketing collaterals, driven by business needs highlighting key packages, procedures, equipment & consultants

· Standardize the common look and feel of the brand – “PTH”

· Use communication to develop compelling presentations and proposals for prospective partners and customers, especially for International markets

· Co-ordinate with Advertising agencies on a day-to-day basis to develop both group level & tactical communication

· Develop & manage the PTH loyalty program Ensure implementation of group-wide initiatives across the unit hospitals

· Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns

· Design, build and maintain our social media presence

· Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

· Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

· Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
