Regularly analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights for continual improvement. Coordinate with internal teams to highlight significant research milestones and updates effectively. Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize brand visibility. Manage and optimize PPC advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive brand awareness and engagement. Enhance Blubridge's brand value across various online platforms, including hiring platforms like Naukri, Google My Business, Glassdoor, and other relevant digital spaces. Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline. - Strong intellectual abilities and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creativity, curiosity, and a genuine passion for digital marketing, branding, and AI technology. - Ability to work proactively in a collaborative team environment.
