In the role of Digital Marketing at Vinove Software & Services, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as SEO, SEM, Social Media, and Email. - Support content creation for blogs, social media, and newsletters. - Monitor and analyze website traffic using tools like Google Analytics. - Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to support SEO strategies. - Manage and schedule posts across various social media platforms. - Collaborate with the team to optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads. - Track performance metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing. Qualifications required for this role include: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing. - Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media management platforms. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new skills. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Vinove Software & Services follows a structured interview process which includes: - Online Test (Google Meet) covering logical reasoning, aptitude, technical questions, and English. - Assessment Video (Offline) for showcasing project development skills. - Personal Interview (Online) for project evaluation by the leadership team. - HR Round (Face-to-Face). - Documentation (Face-to-Face). - Letter of Intent (LOI). Candidates should have maintained a 70% score or higher in their academics. This is a full-time role with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
